In Shape By 30

I’m 29 years old and not in good shape, I’m 5'11 and weight about 225 pounds with a 25% fat estimate.  I used to be in shape when I was younger (played soccer and also joined the Army right after highschool) but the last couple of years I really let my body go. I turned 30 on feb 21, 2008 and I really need to get in shape.  I would like to get down to 190 with a 10%-15% body fat.  I hope you can join me on my journey and give me any pointers you might have.  I will post what I eat and my workouts on a daily basic.
