My weight has distressed me for years now, probably nearly 20 years and for some reason a couple of weeks ago I decided that this was the time to actually do something about it so here I am 12 days into LL. I weigh in on a Wednesday evening and last week on my first weigh in lost 9lb which I'm ecstatic about - I've a long way to go on this journey but those 9lbs are a very good start in the right direction..... and I intend to keep on heading in that direction.
