Goodbye to the Dad that Can't...

I've had enough of it. In fact I've had enough of everything that being fat has given me and I am determined to do something about it. So my plan is to join Lighter Life. I know there aren't any guarantees and it is really up to me. But this time I do feel I have got a great chance, mainly because I really want to do it for my kids, my wife and most of all for me.
