Well for the past 7 years I have been trying to cope with my weight! after having Sofy (my daughter), I gained about 2 stone~13kgs (before sofy i was 7.5 stone~ 47kgs). then over the years and the diets and the tablets i reached a whopping 13.5 stone ~ 85kgs...

I am now about 12.5 stone ~ 80kgs, and wearing size 14 clothes bust is 38E

my goal is to be 9.5 stone ~ 60kgs so i have 3 stone ~ 19kgs to loose... or get into a size 10-12 dress size and have about 34-6 D-DD bust.

What i have started to do is cycle to work!
