I think we deceive ourselves as to just how fat we have actually become. I had
my wife take my “fat” pictures today and all I can say is: the horror! I
knew I was fat, I had my body fat
tested last week which confirmed it. Somehow the abstract knowledge that I
carry around 64.3 lbs of fat is so much easier to take than how I look with my
shirt off.
