Like so many others, I have battled losing weight for years and years and years. After gaining 70 pounds with my first pregnancy, and already having about 40 extra pounds on my body, I have completely committed to a lifestyle change. I'm in the midst of losing 95 pounds on Weight Watchers. However, my real goal is to make complete eating changes and learn how to live with the fact that I gain very easily and in order to be happy with myself and healthy for my family, I need to learn how to eat well and take care of myself for life!
