Is what I lost a lot? I have no clue if it is a lot, average or very little. I'd like to think it was a lot obviously, but I have nothing to compare too.

I know people have seen a difference, however my pants are fitting about the same as when I lost the 8 inches in the beginning. So who knows where the other 3 and 1/4 went! :o
