Woohoo, this is a very small success, but a success for me none the less. I go grocery shopping on Friday mornings and I went to Curves right after and usually I'm so tired I get fast food. Well this time I talked myself out of it and had a Balanced/Linked IR diet meal instead!

Woohoo!

Also I made my 3 times at Curves this week challenge:) 2 weeks in a row now!

Great Job, I know how tough it can be, I only went twice this week. Well next week I'll shoot for 4 maybe

You are doing such a great job with your commitment to Curves. That is great that you did'nt hit the fastfood lane and went home and ate, that's hard to do especially when you're tired.

Great job on going home to eat! Fast food is such an easy trap. You're doing great!

Fast food is way too easy. Maybe I should join your pop challenge and make it no fast food for myself. I don't get the fries or the soda. But I do eat a sandwich.
