I'm still getting used to working out at home, and this month I decided to try an actual 'rotation'.

Sooooo, I actually got through 4 weeks of Slim Training with the Slim Series videos.

The first week, I thought, "I'm not going to make it through," but I DID!!

4 weeks later, I'm 12 pounds lighter (some of it is water, I'm sure), and close to a size smaller.

I also haven't cheated on my diet the whole time (so I guess that's two successes!)

Ok..now I'm moving on to a 4-week Firm Rotation.

We're starting a Firm check in, so if you're interested, please sign up!!

I've noticed the FIRM videos lately, and I was wondering if they were only effective if you buy the products that go with them. Are there any FIRM videos that don't need additional equipment? If so do you know the names, so I can look into buying them?

You'll more than likely need weights (1,3,5 for beginners)

You don't really need to buy the fanny lifter...go to Target, or K-mart and get a Rubbermaid stool for about $12 (plus it's better quality than the FL).

The last 3 Firms released use the 'sculpting stick' but you could use a broom handle, and your dumbbells. The stick is 'mainly' used for balance.

Come on...get 'em, and join our Feb Firm Check-in!

Sounds good, count me in, I'll try to look at what videos are offered around here, so I can be ready when you all get started.
