I think we should all list what we are proud of accomplishing, it can be losing weight, gaining a new muscle (look at my bicep now), dropping a size, fitting into your size more comfortably, etc.

Here are some of my accomplishments:

I have lost 24 lbs. since November 2003. Which was 10-% of my original start weight!

Some of my size 18 pants were way too tight to wear comfortably, and I am now starting to be comfortable in them.

I feel better daily, even though I still lack in energy, my outlook has improved tremendously.

I am not discouraged by the thought of stepping on the scale, now I look forward to it going down, instead of dreading the upward spiral I seemed to be on.

Let us all know what you are proud of, it may help to motivate someone else!!:D

Congratulations on your success!

There is nothing better than putting on a pair of pants and seeing they are getting looser instead of tighter.

Hopefully I will soon be joining you in this success!

Congrats!
The first 10% is apparently so good for you. Lowers your risk of diabetes and promotes heart health. Good for you!

Don't you just love that feeling! I'm starting to fit my Summer clothes from last year again! Feels great!

Congrats Mandy! Hope your successes continue, in fact I'm pretty certain they will!;)

Ok now I had to post that I'm proud of myself for sticking to my new woe. I thought ok maybe I can stick with it a week or so, but it's been a whole month now and I still feel great. I no longer live just to eat. I don't really care what I eat now. Sometimes I even have to remind mysef to eat at all.

And my Curves chart shows I have lost a total of 18 inches. So wooohooo! Maybe, no I KNOW I can do this now!!
