More problems with photo gallery...

when I go into the photo section it isn't showing the thumbnails! Is anyone else having this problem?

It says thumbnails unavaliable.:(

Thumbnails don't show up for me either, but if I click on them the full pic still comes up.

I can't upload any new pictures, it gives me an error. Anyone else having this problem? I was trying to update my during pictures. :confused:

Okay, now I'm wondering. Is there a specific person that is designated to be notified when these problems occur? I totally can understand that Kat has a whole lot on her plate, and I REALLY appreciate this site and all it provides us for FREE. I don't know of any other place quite like our community. I love it!

That being said, I'm wondering if there is someone else that she has designated to address these types of issues and if maybe we could get a sticky posted with what steps should be taken when these issues come up. In the past, problems do seem to be resolved after a while, (i.e. when the site was down for several days) but it hasn't been really clear to me who/how they get fixed. I remember Ajani wanted a forum made for expecting moms and it seemed to be a popular idea, but it didn't come to fruition.

Any moderators know?

P.S. I have the same problem posting pics Mandy. Was a little bummed!

I've merged this and the other photo gallery 'problem' thread...

It's looks like a database problem that was created when the techs rebuilt it the other night.

Will send them a note to take a look.

I just got an email from the techs telling me that the problem has been resoloved!!

The thumbnails are now showing...let me know if there are any other issues with uploading!

Unfortunatly I still had a problem with uploading, the picture of Ty and Michael will just have to wait awhile longer I suppose :o

Hello everyone, I am having some trouble uploading pictures in the photo gallery. I keep getting an error message after I click submit. I have checked the FAQ, but didn't find what I was looking for, so any information attained would be greatly aprreciated..Thanks in advance :)

oh ok thanks Jay, I only knew about not being able to view the thumbnails before, I didn't know there was also an uploading problem just thought I was doing something wrong...thanks again for the heads up :)

I believe Kat is looking for SPECIFIC information on what exactly happens when you try to upload a picture. (See her note in the other thread please.) Could you please detail exactly what is happening?

oh no problem, thanks Cindy & sorry about that...well here is the problem that I am having when I try to upload an image

I don't know if this will help but this is what I get when I click the upload/submit button...

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

I get the same error code as Suga Tush.

My pictures of Ty aren't that great because they are kind of far away but I have close ups of Michael:D . Also I was going to post my latest in my weight loss journey, hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. I know Kat had said on SC that she might be going out of town for a while so hopefully the techs can at least start working on the problem.

Just wanted to bump this back up because I don't know if it's been resolved. I have tried to post a picture almost everyday and am still getting the thumbnail error.

I still get the same error code as well, & since I am not the only one, I guess it is safe to assume that the problem hasn't been fixed yet...hopefully it will work soon, I have some before pics that I want to post :)
