Angie...I know how you fel with the yo-yo diets. I went through the same thing. For once in my life, I'm finally watching what I eat. I have much smaller portions and the reason why I can stick to this diet is bc once a week, I cheat. I know it's prolly pretty odd diet advice, but I have a big problem sticking to a diet with strict restrictions. I found that one cheat a week was hard at first (I wanted so many more!!!) but gradually, it became all I needed and now, I don't even do it every week. With the holidays coming around the bend, it'll prolly be kinda hard but I'm ready. I've set realistic goals and I think I can achieve them. I eat 3 meals a day (protein like eggs for breakfast, a burger (no bun) for lunch with some veggies and a sensible dinner (protein, one starch (like potato), and veggies...I eat 2 snacks a day...usually fruit too). I walk 2 miles a day on my teadmill or go for an hour long walk around town with my hubby. That's pretty much all there is to my diet.
I have 2 kids. Jimmy (step-son) is 13 and Tyler (son) is 19 months. When I couldn't play with Ty w/out getting out of breath, I realized it was time for change. I'm on my way.
Well, I think I've written too much, so I'll talk to you soon.

Hell Jess,
Well yes,I have been yo-yo dieting for years...and I just cant seem to lose these rolls..You know I cheat alot...I tried that one cheat day...and 2,3,4...I basically try to eat yogurt w/fruit in a.m,lunch turkey sand w/a salad, and large salad w/shrimp or veggies.I'm not into grilled chicken...Its hard for me since I love to cook and I might say I am a good cook!!I also love to bake...but now I bake without veg-oil,I use apple sauce.Yeah woman I know the feeling...when your out of breath and cant even play with your children..Many years ago what motivated me to lose weight was my younger daughter...I overheard her and a friend saying she was emberrased of her "fatmom"...Was that a wake up or what?So now I'm on this healthy approach to weight loss again...I'm glad I got ya on my side...Together we can do this....take care..
Angie...
