Product Description

It's cardio, it's muscle toning, and it's stretching all in one! With Tony Little and his revolutionary Gazelle Freestyle, you get 10 aerobic, stretching, and strength training exercises all in one credible, fun, fat-burning workout.

The Gazelle Freestyle’s range of motion is the secret to this technology. Its freestyle range of motion means you use more muscle while exercising. The more muscle you use, the more you can raise your metabolism, the more calories you burn--and here’s the great part--with all of this, you actually do less exercise.

I love my Gazelle.
I think it's important to stress that you only get out of this machine what you put into it. When I first bought my Gazelle I really didn't feel like it was getting my heart rate up enough. I then started to experiment with interval training and wow, what a difference!
I warm up on it for 4 or 5 minutes and then go hard for 2 minutes and then slow down for 1. I keep repeating this pattern until eventually I'm working hard for the majority of the time. It makes the workout fly by and it's neat to see your indurance improving each day.

I've tried it and I'm fixing to order it, probably today. I really think I will enjoy using it. I can plant it in front of the tv and get to work!

I got mine a couple months ago when it started getting too cold to walk outside. I really enjoy it and Sandra is right: you get out of it what you put into it.

I got the cheap one and it doesn't have the resistance, that's the only thing I'd change if I could.

My MIL has one and I have tried it out. I actually plan on using hers a few times a week (she lives just a few miles away).

I think it is a good workout, but you do have to put in to it what you want out. If you don't try to push yourself, you wont get much of a workout.

The funny thing is...on the commercials it shows him leaning forward (as well as backward) while on it. Well..I can do the backward thing, but NOT the forward thing. You must have to be much more accomplished and fit than I am LOL!

I just want to point out here that there are many different versions of the Gazelle. The Freestyle pictured in the first post is made very sturdy and can hold up to 350 pounds. The cheaper ones, like the Edge, can only hold up to 250 pounds.

Im not sure which one my MIL has, but I know it cost like 400++ dollars!

It has resistance, some kind of shock things or something, and the pulse reader, etc.

It also folds up for storage!

I like it, but right know Ill stick to using hers! I can't afford my own !LOL!

I have the Freestyle and I really like how sturdy it is. I feels very safe and well made.
My sister has the Edge though and it's so must lighter and well...cheaper. It works for her though.
I would love to get the one with the resistance but I couldn't find it anywhere and the shipping to Canada was outrageous.

I have one. It's fun to use! I don't get all sore when I use it, and I get a good stretch too. I've only been using it a few days, but that along with my normal work out seems to be helping me along. I know I get good cardio cause my heart rate goes up too. Good luck with it!
