We're actually in Feb now! New week! How is everyone doing with the Firm Series workouts?
I am slowly but surely making my way thru the Cardio + Abs. My goal this week is to make my way to the end of the darn tape without dying! I know, I know, it was my goal last week too, but I was DRAGGING last week with my return to work after 10 wks off! SO --I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL THIS WEEK. I've also decided to do my workouts Mon-Fri with Sat and Sun being rest days or Pilates days. I'm finding lots of guilt for skipping my weekends and then if I take the time away from the kids I have guilt on that too. :) SO i found a happy medium.
How is everyone else doing?

I'm back home now, and was going to take (another) day off, but seeing this thread has convinced me to get off the computer and do Maximum Cardio Burn...

Edited to add:
I changed my mind and decided to do Body Sculpt Blaster and some dreadmill instead...
My Firm goals this week are to do the Ab Sculpt video three times this week. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good night to start. :)

Ok, I am in as well. I only have one Firm dvd so far but my goal is to do it 3 days this week.

I did my cardio + ab sculpt again last night. I don't know if its the firm or pilates, but I've been noticing that I'm developing quite a nice butt! (tmi):D
I was bad last night and didn't do my firm rotation. But I did walk two miles last night. I just wasn't up for a firm workout last night, my legs were a little sore so I stuck with a gentle walk. I'm going to try to fit it in thursday. Today is my off day for the week. :)

i had a pain last night in my left side so bad I couldnt really move much, so i didnt do anything yesterday. i feel better today though so i will be doing my workout tonight

hehe...i did my workout with the weights this time and let me just say i am exhausted. big difference when using weights.:p

I actually 'cheated' yesterday and did Kelli Roberts "Step it Strong"...it was TOUGH, and my booty is feelin' it today :o

I've been swamped and have skipped three days this week! I did get some mall walking done yesterday but I need to get back into the swing of things.
I have been neglecting my Firm rotation this week. I was geared to do 3 Ab Sculpt workouts this week and haven't done one. I was actually going to do one last night after a short walk but I really got into and did 4 miles plus some other exercises, I decided 80 minutes was enough and skiped the Ab Sculpt. Hopefully I can get back to it this weekend! :)

Well tonight is my night to do another workout. MY WHOLE BODY STILL HURTS FROM WEDNESDAY!!! :( Am I gonna kill my body if I go again tonight even though I am still so sore? LMAO I said I could do the 100 reps for squats and lunges (another post) because my legs could handle it!! It is my legs that are going through hell right now from exercising Wednesday! I need to get stronger muscles lol. But hey, thats what we are here for. ;)

I did my workout yesterday although I stopped after 20 mins. My legs couldnt take the whole thing. I must say though that I didnt hurt today from it. So I made it through almost 2 out of the 3 (3 was my goal for the week) workouts.
How did everyone else do???

I don't know what I did, but my incision HURTS like mad. I've decided not to push it and take a nice, slow, easy workout week. I plan on jumping back in tom. if everything feels good. It's been 12 weeks, I don't get it. But I'm not gonna let this keep me down for good :)
