My goal is still going to be 200 minutes this week. I didnt do well last week. I have to stay focused!
I'm upping my goal to 200 minutes this week! Happy exercising all!

200 minutes for me again too. I'm still recuperating, so I don't want to push it and reinjure myself. Looking forward to another great week in this exercise challenge! I hope we all make our goals! :D

Well, I didn't meet my goal last week.
I made a contract with myself for this week, though. (It's hanging on the fridge and everything!)
My goal is 300 minutes again, which I have scheduled. I got 60 today, so only four more workouts to go!

This is the first time I've stated an actual number. I'll start lowish, 100 minutes!

I didn't meet mine either. Why can't I stretch and do sit ups and push ups every day???? Ugh. Maybe this week will be better!

Come on Karate Momma!!!!! They say it only takes 21 days to for a habbit, so hang in there, and before long you will just do it all the time!:)

Ok I'm back, I will shoot for 200 minutes this week also. Last week I managed, about 165 I think, so I'll push myself to do a little more this week.

I actually surpassed my goal of 200 minutes by 35 minutes but will stick with 200 minutes again this week!!!:D

Yuck, I have my post long day in classes headache...I really don't feel like going to the gym, so I logged onto the website to make myself feel sufficiently guilty! Lol.
I'm off to eat and drag myself forcefully to fitness yoga...these long days are just the worst. :(

I'm putting a number to my goal for the first time too. I wanted to do 100 minutes last week, but I don't think I really committed to it. I am committing to it this week. It's just 20 minutes a day for 5 days. Monday to Friday. I can do this.
(You gals are here to kick me in the butt if I need it, right?)
Jay checks my journal often and leaves me encouragement, which I really appreciate. It really helps.

I did 40 minutes today!!! I'm at 100 minutes so far this week!!

I'm still here believe it or not. I've done two sessions at Curves for 60 min. and 1 WATP tape for about25 min. I think so not doing as well as I really want but hey, 85 min. is alot better than 0.
C'mon everyone how are we all doing?!

I managed to exercise 60 minutes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (step aerobics and treadmill) and am well on my way to my goal of 200 minutes. I may reconsider upping my goal next week!
Come on ladies, we can do it!!!!

I'm still holding at 120 minutes - Wednesday workout was unexpectedly cancelled.
No worries, though. I'm planning a workout tonight, tomorrow, and Saturday to make up for it! :D

I wont make it unless a miracle happens. I have had a headache for 3 days and it wont go away. It hurts to bad to exercise. maybe tomorrow I will be able again.

Ok no WATP tape again, but I did manage to get to Curves today.
At least I got in part of the workout I wanted.
Keep up the good work we can do it!!!

Well no miracle happened. I got in a 10 minute walk and thats it. So, I clearly didnt even come close. Oh well, bad weeks happen. i have next week to pick it back up.

I just finished a WATP tape, I did the 2 minute high calorie burn again for 30 min. today. While I hope to get in more later, I'm afraid I won't be able to so I'll add up my total for the week now.
170 min. for me this week that's if I remembered all that I did, so that is pretty good for me.
Maybe I'll try to do a little more next week, maybe 200 min.? We'll see.

Actually I did great on my sit ups and push ups this week. The only time I didn't do it was w hen I was so sore on Tuesday because of all the leg lifts at karate monday night. I literally couldn't do a sit up! LOL. But after that I did it!

I have not been well these last few days, so I am not able to exercise. I will check back in when I'm back up-to-speed. Keep up the good work, everyone! :)
I got in 355 minutes this week!
