Here is a link to a downloadable list of WW's eating guides, including two different higher protein plans:

Here's the points breakdown for the higher protein plan:

Higher Protein
For under 250 lbs.(your weight)

0-1 pts fruits and vegetables (most vegs are 0 pts)
2-4 pts Added sugars, added fats and alcohol
4-6 pts Milk and milk products
5-6 pts Grain-based foods
9-11 pts Protein rich foods

More than 250 lbs (Your weight)
Higher protein points

2-3 pts fruit and vegetables
4-5 pts Added sugars, added fats
and Alcohol
4-6 pts milk and milk products
8 pts Grain-based foods
12 Protein-rich foods
