3 1/2 years years ago in 1994, I had gastric bypass.
Although I've kept my weight off for more than 2 years, it's still most definitely one meal at a time.

I have just joined weight watchers and have 110 lbs to lose. You are an insiration. And you are so right. It is one meal at a time. I am down 15.2 lbs. I still have quite a ways to go but I'm getting there one pound at a time. Best wishes!
