This is my weight loss journey, which began on Dec. 19th 2005, 14 months ago.
I had Gastric Bypass Surgery on that wonderful day in December, and have lost over 149 pounds as of today, which is April 29th 2007. This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself, AND my family.
I can now be an active part in my kids' and husband Mart's life. I started out at 381 pounds, and am now down to 225. I still have 60-80 pounds to get to my personal goal, and it is still coming off.
Now just need to have the medically necessary plastic surgery and my health will have improved 100%. Thank you for sharing my weight loss journey!
